Job Summary

As a Project Manager - Resource Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital projects within the organization are executed efficiently with selection of the right resource to right project at right time.The role involves overseeing resource management governance, managing costs, and ensuring that all resources are effectively on board and utilized throughout the project as per resource plan. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting RMG talent acquisition team, monitoring monthly progress, and measuring and publishing KPIs and SLAs defined. The incumbent shall also be responsible for working closely with RMG Head in defining the talent acquisition processes and reporting respective KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidating all approved Demands:
  • Establish and process of talent acquisition and running operations.
  • Help implement 90 days Forecast mechanism with other members of RMG.
  • Design and publish Demand Management dashboards on a weekly basis.
  • Review current processes of Talent Acquisition and suggest improvements.
  • Consultant Joining Process and Vendor Performance:
  • Introduce the process of Induction for Consultants with a view to making them productive from day 3 of joining.
  • Monitor resource utilization through Time Sheets.
  • Introduce Performance measurement (9 Box) process for consultants which is fit for purpose.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Develop reports on Vendor Performance and develop dashboard.
    • Process Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements within resource management practices.
      • Implement changes to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
      • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization to promote continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • With a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a focus on governance, Human Resource Mgt, Cost management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and Statistics for data analysis and Presentations.
    • Education: Graduate Degree (relevant field preferred) and a Post Graduate in HR/Statistics

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in HR/TA and exposure to Procurement/Finance to manage Vendors.
    • Knowledge of various RMG aspects including Demand Mgt, Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management.
    • Experience with designing, analyzing and publishing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for Mgt.
