Job Description

Project Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee civil engineering & construction projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.
Manage procurement, site execution, and resource allocation.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
15- 20 years of experience in managing civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
