Job Description

General Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil engineering and construction projects.
Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
Oversee planning, design review, procurement, and site execution.
Drive coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
Lead large teams, mentor engineers, and ensure safety and compliance on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
20- 25 years of experience in engineering & construction projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and industry practices.
Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Immediate availability to join will be an added advantage.
