· Complete project planning including scheduling, estimation and budgeting
· Oversee all work related with various govt. offices
· Selecting required staff for project and managing them
· Overlooking day to day operations of projects
· Ensuring work is of best quality work meet Company’s requirements and will be fully responsible for the work.
· Conducting regular reviews of work on site
· Reviewing overall site purchases and approval of high value purchases
· Finalizing rates and work orders with sub-contractors
· Managing sub-contractor relations
· Review and Certification of Site Bills
· Co-ordination with client for bill certification and payment
· Overall management of staff under them including training, development, appraisals, leaves, etc.
· Follow the schedule and deliver the work and projects on time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
