Role Description

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple small to medium-sized initiatives in an Agile environment. You will drive program governance, support Agile delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Guide teams in adopting and practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews.
Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to achieve higher levels of performance.
Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and foster self-organization.
Build a safe, trusting team environment where open dialogue and problem-solving are encouraged.
Manage project planning, scheduling, risk management, and deliverables.
Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.
Lead program governance, facilitate cross-team communication, and influence strategic direction.
Track overall project health, timelines, and dependencies across teams.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of project management experience, ideally in Agile/Hybrid environments.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and practices.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in project tracking, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Proficient in desktop tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Demonstrated servant leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good To Have Skills

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
Experience working in financial services or regulated industries.
Familiarity with SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile at scale frameworks.
Experience conducting executive briefings and leadership reporting.
Exposure to product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-team dependency management.
Knowledge of DevOps and continuous delivery environments.
