Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple small to medium-sized initiatives in an Agile environment. You will drive program governance, support Agile delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in adopting and practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews.

• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to achieve higher levels of performance.

• Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and foster self-organization.

• Build a safe, trusting team environment where open dialogue and problem-solving are encouraged.

• Manage project planning, scheduling, risk management, and deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.

• Lead program governance, facilitate cross-team communication, and influence strategic direction.

• Track overall project health, timelines, and dependencies across teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in Agile/Hybrid environments.

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and practices.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience in project tracking, scheduling, and risk mitigation.

• Proficient in desktop tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Demonstrated servant leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to Have Skills:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.

• Experience working in financial services or regulated industries.

• Familiarity with SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile at scale frameworks.

• Experience conducting executive briefings and leadership reporting.

• Exposure to product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-team dependency management.

• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous delivery environments.
