Job Title: Project Manager – Solar Location: Maharashtra (On-Site) Experience: Minimum 7 years CTC: As per Market Standard Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager – Solar to lead and deliver large-scale solar projects, with a special focus on execution, coordination, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in utility-scale solar development, preferably having successfully executed projects totaling at least 100 MW . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale solar power projects (utility scale), from planning to commissioning. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms, permissions, and government approvals. Coordinate between internal teams, EPC contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders. Drive adherence to civil, electrical, and safety standards across all project stages. Maintain detailed progress reports, documentation, and communication with management. Engage directly with clients to provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Support strategic decisions related to land acquisition, grid connectivity, and transmission. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in solar project execution. Proven track record of managing at least 100 MW of cumulative solar capacity . Strong working knowledge of civil, electrical , and regulatory processes in the solar sector. Familiarity with Maharashtra’s regulatory landscape, DISCOMs, and land acquisition processes. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be willing to work on-site at project locations across Maharashtra. Work Model On-Site Role : Active presence required at project sites and coordination hubs across Maharashtra.
