Job Title: Telecom Project Manager
Location: Noida, IndiaExperience: 8+ years

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in MS Project, Power BI, and RAID log management. The role involves developing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, MIS reports, and RAID logs while leading end-to-end telecom rollout and deployment projects. Certifications in MS Project, Power BI, or PMP/Prince2 will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage detailed MS Project plans across all phases – design, installation, commissioning, integration, and testing.- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility of project milestones, risks, and issues.- Own and regularly update the RAID log, ensuring risks, actions, issues, and dependencies are tracked and communicated.- Prepare and share weekly internal and customer progress reports, including milestones, risks, and issues.- Support the Deployment Manager in developing rollout milestone plans and aligning with the customer.- Lead customer and internal project meetings, including preparing minutes and action trackers.- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive resolution of issues.- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of telecom project management experience, including 5+ years of hands-on expertise in MS Project, Power BI, and RAID log management.- Strong proficiency in MS Project (plan creation, scheduling, dependency tracking, milestone updates).- Advanced Power BI skills (dashboard creation, data modeling, KPI visualization).- Proven experience managing RAID logs and related tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with global teams and customers.- Solid background in telecom rollout and deployment projects.- Certifications: PMP/Prince2 preferred; MS Project and/or Power BI certifications are an added advantage.

Location & Travel:
- Base: Noida, India- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones (Europe & South Korea) and travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,359.03 - ₹70,584.29 per month
