Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience Required: 2–5 years

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) sales and IT hardware products. The BDM will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both government and corporate sectors.

This role requires someone who understands IT hardware solutions (such as Dell/HP laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, firewalls, installations, and network security solutions) and can effectively position these offerings to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government (GeM portal) and corporate sectors.
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to build long-term business relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with GeM processes, tenders, bidding, and procurement requirements.
  • Promote and sell IT hardware solutions including:
  • Dell / HP laptops and desktops
  • Servers and storage solutions
  • Networking equipment and firewalls
  • IT infrastructure setup and installation services
  • Network security solutions and related services
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in GeM portal sales and IT hardware product business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products (Dell, HP, servers, networking, firewalls, etc.).
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes through GeM portal.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Pay: ₹25,572.92 - ₹47,669.05 per month
