Collated Ventures designs and develops purpose-built real estate projects that cater to the evolving needs of our users. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to delivery within budget and schedule constraints. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including site selection, feasibility studies, and project scope definition.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage project procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor project progress and performance against key milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and partners to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
• Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, client handover, and warranty management, to ensure a seamless transition to operations and maintenance.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing/sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning regulations, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
• Experience in sustainable design and construction practices is desirable.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
