Collated Ventures designs and develops purpose-built real estate projects that cater to the evolving needs of our users. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ. Our Projects Job Summary : We are seeking an innovative and visionary Marketing, Design, and Communication Manager to collaborate with our marketing efforts in the dynamic real estate sector. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring our properties resonate with the right audience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative expertise to position our company as a market leader. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients. · Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 2. Creative Design and Content Creation : · Collaborate with the ideation, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects. · Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content for various platforms including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media content. 3. Brand Development : · Create branding guidelines and ensure adherence across all internal and external communication. · Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity. 4. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management : · Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote properties, events, and brand visibility. · Design email campaigns, newsletters, and property e-brochures while leveraging digital marketing trends to attract and retain clients effectively. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: · Work closely with architects, developers, and sales teams to understand project details and communicate them visually to potential clients. · Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for large-scale advertising campaigns, including billboard designs and print advertisements. 6. Event Management : · Conceptualize and manage promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions to maximize audience engagement. · Organize and host client events, with a focus on fintech and community-building initiatives. Qualifications : · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). · Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries. · Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns and branding achievements. · Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software. · Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills. · Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
