Led by Shaan Zaveri, Gaurav Gadhecha, and Aniruddh Jhaveri, our dynamic team possesses a solid track record in the field of real estate development and property management.Collated Ventures designs and develops purpose-built real estate projects that cater to the evolving needs of our users. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.Our Projects About the Job:Additional Responsibilities:Assist in designing high-quality presentations, brochures, flyers, and visual materials for both internal and client-facing use.Support the branding and marketing teams with the timely execution of design assets for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.Ensure all creative outputs align with established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.Work on layout, typography, and imagery with precision and a keen eye for detail.Contribute fresh ideas and creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. Qualifications and Experience:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — strong Illustrator/InDesign skills are a plus).Comfortable using tools like Canva, Keynote, and PowerPoint for quick and clean design solutions. Ability to interpret design briefs into visually appealing and effective layouts. A solid understanding of layout, colour theory, and core design principles.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.A portfolio showcasing previous design work (student or internship projects are welcome) If you're passionate about design and eager to bring creative ideas to life in the real estate space, we'd love to hear from you!.
