User onboarding specialist job description • Be the first touchpoint for freelancers and clients after they sign up. • Handhold users through their first aha moment — profile setup, job posting, or AI-assisted work. • Run onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and demos to activate users quickly. • Spot friction points and work closely with product + tech to fix them fast. • Build scalable onboarding playbooks, guides, and video explainers. • Track onboarding metrics (activation %, first job posted/completed, etc.) and own user success in the first 30 days. • Collect raw feedback from the ground and feed it back into our product loop. • Hustle with the growth team to turn early users into loyal advocates.
