We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a specialization in project management and execution to join our team. The candidate will oversee and execute projects related to low-carbon claddings and the industrial-scale production of precast products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, site execution, and operations management, along with knowledge of concrete mix design, optimization, and sustainable construction materials. Familiarity with the chemistry of construction materials, carbonation curing, novel binding/cementitious materials, industrial waste utilization, and climate-tech innovations will be an added advantage.

Position Title: Project Manager (Operations & Execution)
Duration: 2 years.
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: As per the industry standard
Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Qualifications:
•B.E./M.E in Civil Engineering (Construction / Project Management preferred).
•2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or site execution within the construction or precast materials industry.
•Strong understanding of construction materials, quality standards, and installation systems.
•Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients.
•Exposure to lean manufacturing, production planning, and resource optimization.
•Familiarity with sustainable construction materials, carbonation curing, or alternative binders is an added advantage.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to handle multiple projects independently with accountability and ownership.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of CarbonCraft product installations and factory operations.
•Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and installations.
Operations Oversight:
•Oversee day-to-day factory operations, production flow, and dispatch scheduling.
•Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements for higher throughput and consistency.
Quality Assurance:
•Enforce strict QC standards across production and installation—monitor efflorescence, color consistency, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy.
•Maintain QC documentation and ensure continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
•Serve as the key technical liaison for architects, contractors, and clients.
•Ensure clear communication and smooth execution during installation and after-sales support.
Vendor & Resource Management:
•Manage and supervise contractors, suppliers, and labor teams for timely, cost-effective project delivery.
•Optimize manpower, equipment, and material utilization across projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
•Track progress, prepare status reports, and provide insights for management review.
•Document learnings and feedback from operations for process standardization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
•Work closely with R&D, design, and business development teams to bridge lab-scale innovations with large-scale production and field execution.
Safety & Compliance:
•Ensure adherence to safety norms, environmental standards, and company compliance policies.
