Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Ensure smooth execution of field activities aligned with project goals.

Coordinate with government bodies, community leaders, and partner organizations.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead, guide, and mentor project team members and field staff.

Build strong relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders.

Organize training, workshops, and capacity-building sessions.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct periodic field visits to monitor project implementation.

Ensure proper documentation, data collection, and reporting for impact assessment.

Financial & Compliance Management

Manage project budgets, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare periodic progress reports for donors, management, and stakeholders.

Present findings, success stories, and learnings to enhance visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in project management within the NGO/Development sector.

Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).

Proven experience in donor reporting, proposal writing, and fundraising support.

Excellent communication skills (English & local language).

Ability to travel extensively to project sites.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with CSR-funded projects, bilateral/multilateral donors, or government programs.

Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks (Logical Framework, Theory of Change, etc.).

Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹332,756.95 - ₹695,263.53 per year
