Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of tensile structure projects — from planning and design coordination to on-site installation and project handover. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of tensile structure systems, site management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, and approvals.

2. Execution & Site Supervision

• Oversee on-site installation of tensile structures, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design.
• Supervise contractors, technicians, and installation teams.
• Resolve site-related technical and logistical issues promptly.

3. Client & Vendor Management

• Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to clients and management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety norms.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain project inspection records.

5. Budget & Reporting

• Manage project budgets and control costs within approved limits.
• Prepare project progress reports, billing schedules, and final project closure documents.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of tensile fabric structures, steel fabrication, and installation processes.
• Excellent project planning and scheduling skills (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 1–8 years of experience in tensile structure, steel structure, or related construction projects.
• Experience with materials like PTFE, PVC, or PVDF fabric will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Salary Range:

₹35,000 – ₹80,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
