Job Description

We're Hiring: Project Manager – After-Sales & Operations

Location:

Reporting To:

highly driven and experienced Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Prepare project schedules, align with internal teams, and ensure on-time readiness.

Client Management & Coordination

Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clarity, progress updates, and satisfaction.

Technical Oversight

Review technical documentation, PLC logic, and provide troubleshooting support.

Team Leadership & Field Operations

Lead and motivate field teams, ensuring safety and productivity on-site.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage subcontractors and material deliveries, ensuring quality and timelines.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Monitor budgets, track costs, and improve profitability.

Documentation & Handover

Ensure seamless commissioning and structured documentation for handovers.

Payments & Collection

Track billing and support timely payment collections.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Engineering)
Strong business acumen in project planning and execution
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of PLC programming is highly preferred
