Sales Backend Executive

We at Aurotoshi, India’s leading OEM in Entrance Automation & Loading Bay Solutions, are looking for a Sales Backend Executive to support our growing sales team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

Support sales team with backend operations and coordination

Maintain and update data in CRM and Excel

Handle client communication through calls and emails

Assist in follow-ups for leads, orders, and payments

Generate reports and maintain sales records

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and writing skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and manage timelines

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: Fresher to 0-1 years
