Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best solution.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and process improvements.
Prepare SO and other relevant documents.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferably B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering or Graduate with equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in customer service or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Candidate should be married and based in Ghaziabad or willing to relocate to Ghaziabad.
