Job Summary:

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain

    customer records

    and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve

    daily/weekly call targets

    and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure

    first-call resolution

    and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

    (verbal and listening).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills

    and a customer-centric approach.
  • Minimum qualification:

    Graduate / 12th pass

    (as per company policy).
  • Prior experience in

    voice process

    preferred but not mandatory.
