What you will be doing The candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain the highest standard of quality. Act as a consultant, allocating the right personnel, processes, and resources to bolster team effectiveness and efficiency. Assume the role of a coach, advising team members how to optimize their efficiency within the project team best. Responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework, including guiding the clients or product owners for the following scrum process. Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project. Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, risk analysis. Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set. What makes you a great fit 7 years of Experience in IT organization and minimum 2 years into Project Manager or Scrum Master role. Expert at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Experience with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Worked on tracking KPIs and delivering high-quality products/solutions on time. Technology: Majorly working in custom web applications and mobile (Android, iOS, Flutter) applications using the latest technologies (ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Django, Mean Stack, Mern Stack). Good to have Skillsets Good understanding about project management tools like Jira & Confluence.
