About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React JS Developer to lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications and guide architectural decisions across complex systems. This position requires deep technical expertise in front-end engineering (React.js) as well as the ability to architect full-stack solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies (e.g., NextJS, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack). Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Integrate front-end code with backend APIs (RESTful and GraphQL). Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and internal guidelines. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Design end-to-end software architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for project needs. Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across teams. Provide technical leadership in system integrations, and AWS cloud architecture. Oversee project delivery with attention to system quality and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Requirements 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in React.js. Proven experience in architecting scalable front-end and full-stack applications. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
