Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple web and mobile development projects, while also contributing to new business acquisition. This role requires a unique blend of client communication, technical understanding, team coordination, and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities🚀 Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget using agile/scrum or kanban methodologies. Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and clients to manage day-to-day project activities. Create and manage timelines, sprint plans, task boards, and weekly progress reports. Ensure clear documentation (SOWs, briefs, changelogs, user stories). Perform quality checks, UAT management, and post-deployment monitoring. Client Communication Be the primary point of contact for client interactions. Manage project kick-offs, milestone check-ins, review meetings, and feedback cycles. Handle escalations, manage expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction. Identify upselling opportunities within existing projects (e.g., feature add-ons, AMC). Maintain CRM with active lead/project status.
