Manage multiple small to medium external/internal business and IT projects in accordance with project management methodology (waterfall and agile), including but not limited to:

Scope management

Stakeholder analysis

Schedule management
Communications: facilitates project meetings, creates, updates, and distributes project team documentation, sends regular progress and status updates, contributes to executive level dashboards, monthly/quarterly business reviews.

Produced weekly or bi-weekly project status report per PMO policyCost management; actual cost tracking, forecast/re-estimate costs, ETC, EAC, and variance management, overall valuation of the project progress and execution.
Change control - using standard PMO change control process and best practices, document change control items that impact timeline, scope, resources, or dollars includes internal and external (client or vendor) events and activities.
Risk & Quality management; tracking and resolving or mitigating RAID log items.
Business Readiness; work with owners and stakeholders, understanding business readiness and communication notification activities and process creation/mapping, operational turnover, release & change management support, and training plans
Documentation, create and maintain project artifacts per PMO policy, standards, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

B.E, B. Tech, MCA or equivalent experience, A masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience Level

Minimum of 8- 10 years of experience, at least 3-5 years spread between: business and technology, software development lifecycle management (SDLC) and business readiness.
