Job Description

Role Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification & Business Case Development:

Engage with clients to identify new project opportunities within the facility.
Prepare feasibility studies and business cases, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal goals.
Maintain and update the project forecast list regularly.

Project Planning & Commercialization:

Lead scoping, budgeting, and timeline development for each project.
Ensure commercial viability, risk assessment, and ROI evaluation.

Execution & Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end project execution across electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, and office infrastructure.
Ensure safety, quality, timeline, and cost objectives are consistently met.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.

Team & Vendor Management:

Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and project executives.
Drive vendor selection, contract management, and performance monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates, proactively address concerns, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all work adheres to statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and client reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)/ Mechanical / Electrical /.
PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
1015 years of project management experience, preferably within industrial/factory setups.
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects and client engagement.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD is desirable.
