Job Description

Role Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification & Business Case Development:

    • Engage with clients to identify new project opportunities within the facility.
    • Prepare feasibility studies and business cases, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal goals.
    • Maintain and update the project forecast list regularly.
  • Project Planning & Commercialization:

    • Lead scoping, budgeting, and timeline development for each project.
    • Ensure commercial viability, risk assessment, and ROI evaluation.
  • Execution & Delivery:

    • Oversee end-to-end project execution across electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, and office infrastructure.
    • Ensure safety, quality, timeline, and cost objectives are consistently met.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
  • Team & Vendor Management:

    • Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and project executives.
    • Drive vendor selection, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide regular project updates, proactively address concerns, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all work adheres to statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and client reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)/ Mechanical / Electrical /.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
  • 1015 years of project management experience, preferably within industrial/factory setups.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects and client engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD is desirable.
