Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of experience to oversee and deliver projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines effectively.

Prepare project reports and documentation for management review.

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project success.

Ensure quality standards and deliverables are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of project management or related experience.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project).

Certification like PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus (not mandatory).
