About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT services and digital product development sector, delivering end-to-end software solutions for clients across industries. Our teams bridge visionary ideas and market-ready digital products through agile practices and rigorous quality standards.This full-time position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and involves collaboration with global stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.Role & Responsibilities

Define and manage end-to-end project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or Asana, tracking milestones, resources, and risk registers.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and steering-committee meetings; proactively identify and mitigate blockers.
Act as the primary client liaison for requirement gathering, expectation management, and timely, transparent status reporting.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (RAID logs, status decks, meeting minutes) to ensure audit-ready compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, QA, UX, and operations—to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3-5 years’ experience managing software/IT projects with proven on-time, on-budget delivery.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and core IT infrastructure concepts.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate technical details for business audiences.
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Exposure to DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD best practices.
Experience leading distributed teams and supporting US/EU client schedules (evening shifts).
