We are a dynamic IT services and digital product development firm, specializing in crafting innovative solutions for clients worldwide. Our mission is to bridge the gap between visionary ideas and tangible digital products, ensuring excellence at every development stage.Role & Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders and securing sign‑off.
  • Build and maintain detailed Agile / Waterfall hybrid project plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Drive day‑to‑day execution: manage backlogs, track burn‑down, mitigate risks, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients—gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver crisp status updates.
  • Lead sprint reviews and steering‑committee meetings; surface blockers early and champion continuous improvement.
  • Maintain rigorous project artifacts (RAID logs, status decks, meeting minutes) to ensure audit‑ready documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

  • 3–5 years’ hands‑on experience managing software / IT projects with successful on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies plus tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and core IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills; able to translate tech speak for business audiences.

Preferred

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Exposure to DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD best practices.
