Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various IT projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management

and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and manage their

expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of

deliverables

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports,

and meeting minutes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

At least 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
