Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in managing software or IT-related projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks. Track project performance and report progress to senior management. Handle change requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues and blockers. Promote Agile practices and lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project documentation.
