Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred. Strong understanding of estimation and billing processes; knowledge of DSR (Direct & Sub-Contractor's Rate analysis). Proficiency in MS Project scheduling software; ability to create accurate plans and track progress.
