Roles and Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for procurement purposes. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and resolve discrepancies. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Develop MSP (Materialize CSS) designs and manage projects from planning to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in coordinating procurement specialist role or similar field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred. Strong understanding of estimation and billing processes; knowledge of DSR (Direct & Sub-Contractor's Rate analysis). Proficiency in MS Project scheduling software; ability to create accurate plans and track progress.
