Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate prices, timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the construction process.

Desired Candidate Profile

20-25 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion.
Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and project planning principles.
