Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a civil engineering background to support project planning, documentation, billing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint, with proven experience in site coordination and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.

·        Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project and Excel.

·        Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

·        Support billing activities and verification of site-related documentation.

·        Track project progress, highlight risks/delays, and ensure timely reporting.

·        Facilitate communication across teams to ensure project alignment.

·        Provide administrative and technical support for day-to-day project operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

·        4–10 years of experience in project documentation, billing, and coordination.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

·        Strong organizational and analytical skills.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·        Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
