Role Overview:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives end-to-end
• Lead effective daily standups and sprint ceremonies
• Track sprint health and escalate blockers/delays fast
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with sprint goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years as Project Coordinator / Scrum Master in Agile teams
• Preferably Technical Education (B.Tech)
• Advanced Jira expertise (boards, workflows, reports)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple sprints and handle escalations

Must-Have:

• Scrum Master or Agile certification
• Excellent in English Communication (Written & Verbal)
• Experience in a Software product-based companies or Service-based companies
