Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at our company, your role will involve coordinating and managing project activities to ensure timely execution and compliance with client requirements. You will be responsible for liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and logistics, as well as assisting in tender/bid documentation preparation and submission. Additionally, you will support the project team with scheduling, reporting, and documentation, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HDD, Pipelines, City Gas Distribution, or Civil Construction projects - Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement processes - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations - Strong command of English (both written and verbal) - Experience in bidding or tendering processes will be an additional advantage If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in the specified domains, we encourage you to apply with your updated CV and a brief cover note highlighting your relevant experience.,
