Project Management Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Civil Project Coordinator at our client, a Global Architectural Design MNC, you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning, documentation, billing, and stakeholder coordination for large Institutional projects. Your expertise in civil engineering and proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint will be vital in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project and Excel. - Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders for smooth execution. - Support billing activities and verification of site-related documentation. - Track project progress, highlight risks/delays, and ensure timely reporting. - Facilitate communication across teams to ensure project alignment. - Provide administrative and technical support for day-to-day project operations. Qualification Required: - 4-10 years of experience in project documentation, billing, and coordination. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
