Sevenya is an upcoming integrated development in Raipur, bringing together wellness-focused living, premium residential spaces, and dynamic commercial zones. Designed to set new benchmarks in modern real estate, Sevenya aims to create a thriving, sustainable, and holistic ecosystem for its residents and businesses.

To ensure the seamless execution of this visionary project, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee and coordinate the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management for Sevenya, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, statutory approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and risk management strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
• Establish strong communication channels between investors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Ensure that sustainability, safety, and wellness principles are integrated across the project.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, regulatory frameworks, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in wellness-centric or sustainable developments will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Remuneration will be as per prevailing market standards, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
