Project Management Consultant

Role Overview: As a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Sevenya project in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire development lifecycle of this integrated wellness, residential, and commercial development. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of this visionary project, setting new benchmarks in modern real estate and creating a sustainable ecosystem for residents and businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end project management for Sevenya, from planning to handover. - Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure timely execution. - Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Ensure adherence to local regulations, statutory approvals, and compliance requirements. - Drive value engineering initiatives and risk management strategies to optimize cost and efficiency. - Prepare and present periodic progress reports to stakeholders. - Establish strong communication channels between investors, contractors, and internal teams. - Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, and contract administration. - Ensure that sustainability, safety, and wellness principles are integrated across the project. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. - 10+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). - Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, regulatory frameworks, and project management methodologies. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software/tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Experience in wellness-centric or sustainable developments will be an added advantage.
