Location: Gondia, Maharashtra (with coordination from Jaipur HQ)

Salary Range: ₹ 30,000- ₹40,000

Center for Business and Technology (CBT) is a consulting and execution support organization that partners with businesses to streamline operations, establish governance frameworks, and drive sustainable growth. We are seeking a motivated Project Management Consultant to support our senior team in managing a dental clinic project in Gondia, Maharashtra.

Role Overview

The Project Management Consultant will assist in day-to-day project execution, working closely with the Project Management Lead and CBT headquarters. This role involves streamlining operations, establishing governance, managing resources, implementing best practices, and contributing to the business growth model.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamlining day-to-day clinic operations for efficiency and quality.
• Establishing a formal structure and governance framework for the business.
• Manage clinic staff and resources effectively.
• Contribute to the implementation of management best practices, including contracts, MIS, compliance, and customer experience standards.
• Help in designing and executing the growth model for the clinic business.
• Collect and analyze operational data; prepare reports, MIS, and presentations.
• Coordinate between Client and CBT headquarters.
• Track project progress, flag risks/issues, and support in developing solutions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships in consulting, operations, or healthcare preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under guidance, take initiative, and adapt to local challenges.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gondia and coordinate with Jaipur HQ.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
