Project Management Consultant

You will be responsible for directing and managing project development activities from inception to completion. This includes planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting to the client. You will be required to create and share scheduling timeline charts with clients and contractors, as well as provide daily updates to the client. As a problem solver, you will have direct communication with clients, conduct client meetings, and participate in site meetings. Your role will involve estimating the resources and participants necessary to achieve project goals, planning and scheduling project timelines using appropriate tools, and tracking project milestones and deliverables. It will be crucial to define project success criteria and ensure their distribution to all involved parties throughout the project life cycle. You will also be expected to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management, as well as communicate and collaborate effectively with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Your focus will be on planning and delivering projects within specified timelines and working towards cost reduction of projects. Candidates with a background from NICMAR Institute are preferred for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree and have at least 2 years of experience as a project management consultant. The work location is in person.,
