Project Management Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Three (3) years experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.
Three (3) years experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. Four (4) years experience in business analysis. Three (3) years experience working in a large matrixed organization with extensive experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies of project execution. Experience in Managing Program/Project implementation using Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) or Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including release planning. Experience in project implementation with actively involving in Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control and closure. Experience in setting up and managing Agile scrum teams across different geographies, strong analytical and co-ordination skills, helping in impediments resolution and keep the team focused on achieving objectives/commitments. Excellence in seamless Project management, Program Management, Status tracking, customer relationship building, managing delivery team to build solutions in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with minimum guidance.
