Project Management Consultant

Role Overview: As a Project Architect at APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the design and planning process according to the applicable DCRs. Your responsibilities will include preparing various types of drawings such as Presentation, Municipal, Working, and As Built drawings. You will also be involved in checking designs and drawings for accuracy, rectifying errors, preparing and verifying BOQ and Tender Documents, and overseeing documentation files both online and offline. Your role will extend to scrutinizing drawings with approving authorities, supervising the project team, team supervision, bill verification, and certification of contractors and vendors. Regular site inspections, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting clients in material procurement and vendor/contractor selection will be part of your routine. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare various types of drawings including Presentation, Municipal, Working, and As Built drawings - Check designs and drawings for accuracy, rectify errors - Prepare and verify BOQ and Tender Documents - Oversee documentation files online and offline - Scrutinize drawings with approving authorities - Supervise the project team - Team supervision, bill verification, and certification of contractors and vendors - Assist clients in material procurement and vendor/contractor selection - Conduct regular site inspections - Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal team members, juniors, consultants, and contractors for project-related activities and meetings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in project management and team supervision - Knowledge of applicable DCRs and building codes - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse team environment If you are excited about the prospect of joining our team at APICES Studio Pvt.
