We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (PMC) to lead the end-to-end delivery of large township projects. This role will act as the central coordination hub between design consultants, contractors, vendors, and client management—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage the Master Project Schedule (MPS) using MS Project / Primavera P6 • Drive budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives • Track project progress through dashboards, reports & variance analysis • Manage risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder alignment • Oversee design coordination, quality compliance & site reviews ✅ You Should Have • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) • 12–20 years of experience in township / infra / large-scale projects • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Power BI / Excel dashboards • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, utilities & contract administration • Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills • PMP / PRINCE2 / Primavera certification preferred 📊 KPIs • Adherence to project timelines & budgets • Risk mitigation & reporting accuracy • Stakeholder satisfaction & coordination effectiveness 💼 Type: Full-time | On-site / Hybrid (as per project stage) 💰 Compensation: Commensurate with experience If you’re a detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering large-scale projects, we’d love to connect! 👉 Apply now / DM us / Send your CV to: pasnoor@gmail.com
