Ltd., you will be responsible for a range of key tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. Reporting to the Project Head, you will be based in Thane and will play a crucial role in the design and planning process according to the applicable DCRs. Your responsibilities will include preparing various types of drawings such as Presentation, Municipal, Working, and As Built drawings. In addition, you will be involved in the critical task of checking designs and drawings for accuracy and rectifying any errors that may arise. You will also be responsible for preparing and verifying BOQ and Tender Documents, as well as overseeing the documentation files both online and offline. Your role will extend to scrutinizing drawings with approving authorities and supervising the project team. As a Project Architect, you will be engaged in team supervision, bill verification, and certification of contractors and vendors. You will also assist clients in material procurement and the selection of vendors and contractors. Regular site inspections will be part of your routine, along with coordinating with clients, vendors, internal team members, juniors, consultants, and contractors for various project-related activities and meetings.
