Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader – IT Infrastructure to manage end-to-end project execution, coordination, team handling, customer interaction, and quality control. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cabling, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Logistics, Back Office, and Customer teams.
• Manage reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and escalating issues when required.
• Manage field teams and contractors within approved cost matrix.
• Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and process adherence.
• Handle customer interactions and escalations.
• Oversee costing, vendor POs, billing, and payment processes.
• Ensure excellent customer feedback post completion.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cabling, Installation & Commissioning.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools & Software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Strong timeline, cost, and quality management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / BE / Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management
• Strong technical understanding of hardware, networking, and system integration
