Responsibilities Build upon what has already been learned. Create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup or other medium. Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes and address comments; assuming responsibility for accuracy of work. Solve space planning & adjacency requirements. Manage multiple assignments concurrently. Participate in improving production methods. Demonstrate understanding of how the activities impact the icons. Must have COA license. Additional Responsibilities Assist with consultant and client communication and coordination. Assist with developing work plans/milestone schedules. Generate plan layouts, storefront elevations & sections. Assist with site surveys & review of survey documents. Assist with the layout of small projects and the development of details. Assist with construction administration. To implement codes as learnt from framework sessions Generate architectural drawings inclusive of plan layouts, storefront elevations and sections Generate estimate/project budgeting, cost and number of hours Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture 3-6 years of experience in architecture Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

Primary Responsibilities Pass on to others what you have already learned. Keep PL’s, PM’s & Director informed of changes in scope or schedule. Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff. Lead the production team to create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup or other medium. Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff. Coordinate work between staff and consultants. Revise drawings per RFI’s, bulletins and addendums Issue documents for bids and permits. Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports. Implement ways to improve production methods Additional Responsibilities Support PM/PL in developing proposals, budgets and bids and construction administration services. Conducts site surveys. Demonstrate understanding of how daily activities impact the icons. Actively pursue IDP completion and professional licensure or certification. Going through local codes and bye-laws Presentation skills, assist to PM's for presentation for India projects (Over a period of time) Requirements 6-10 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Architecture Proficient in CAD and Revit
