Project Leader

As an experienced professional with 15-18 years of experience in the field of Architecture, your primary responsibilities will involve passing on your knowledge to others, keeping the Project Manager and Director informed about any changes in scope or schedule, as well as delegating tasks and providing guidance to junior staff. You will be leading the production team to create, assemble, and issue client deliverables using various software such as CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup, or other mediums. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing corrections, revisions, red line changes, and comments to junior staff, coordinating work between staff and consultants, revising drawings per RFIs, bulletins, and addendums, as well as issuing documents for bids and permits. Additionally, you will be required to perform job site visits to review construction progress, prepare field reports, and implement strategies to enhance production methods. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will support the Project Manager in developing proposals, budgets, bids, and construction administration services, conducting site surveys, demonstrating an understanding of how daily activities impact the project outcomes, and actively pursuing IDP completion and professional licensure or certification. You will also be expected to familiarize yourself with local codes and bye-laws and assist in presentations for India projects over time. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and be proficient in CAD and Revit software. Your strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills will be essential in effectively fulfilling the duties associated with this role.,
