Project Leader

We are seeking a Project Leader in the Bengaluru office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunities to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project managers

A Day in life:

• Manage architectural deliverables across multiple projects and brands

• Produce architectural drawings and documentation under supervisory direction using AutoCAD & Revit

• Apply brand guidelines consistently in collaboration with the Project Managers

• Review Shop Drawings and Participate in site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress

• Lead quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) efforts to uphold design integrity

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance brand management and project efficiency

• Lead a team of 2–3 architects & project architects and assigning tasks based on individual strengths.

• Develop onboarding documents, checklists, and training new team members

• Maintain schedules, allocate resources, and track team progress across multiple projects

• Collaborate with PMs to track project efficiency and financials

• Set new standards for productivity and quality through strategic planning

• Deliver precise and timely work by maintaining high standards and attention to detail.

• Participate in outstation site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress

• Engage proactively in inter office initiatives

• Align with firm goals and actively support brand growth locally and beyond

• Push ideas forward with conviction and help shape the firm’s strategic direction

You’re a great fit if:

You’re already experienced in:

• Leading and guiding a team of junior architects

• Handling design projects, specifically Retail Design

• Worked on US Retail projects

• Site supervision and handling interior design projects

• Creating custom details

You Have the Following Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or relevant field

• 10 years of experience in the industry

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup
