• Project Planning & Execution
• Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
• Coordinate, assign, and delegate tasks to project team members and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Team Management
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing cross-functional project team.
• Foster collaboration, provide guidance and feedback, and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to track progress and address obstacles.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues through regular reports and meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Implement contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary to minimize project disruption.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and compliance with organizational or regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement
• Analyze project performance data, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements to processes.
• Drive adoption of best practices and support change management initiatives.

• Technical Skills
• Solid background in IT services, systems, or software development.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana).
• Project Management Skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation experience.
• Leadership & Soft Skills
• Exceptional people management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation abilities.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• High degree of adaptability to changing requirements.
• Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) is a plus
