Job Summary / About the Role

ARSoft Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of professional experience to support our growing portfolio of global clients. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about identifying business needs, analysing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely communication of progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and requirement documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking platforms.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or visualisation tools such as SQL or Power BI.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
